It helps to tell us your iPhone model, your iOS version, the Vibemap version (shown at the bottom of the You tab) and what happened. Please do not send passwords or payment details: we never need them.
How does it work?
- Tell Vibemap what happened, by typing or by voice. It answers with one emoji and a short feeling line, placed on a map of feelings.
- Not quite right? Nudge it toward a nearby feeling. Save it to your Book. Every save teaches it a little more about how you feel.
- Vibe Bet: paste a chat or pick up to 3 screenshots and ask what it means. It makes one call, with percentages. It is a guessing game, not a fact about anyone, and there is no money involved.
- The free plan includes 1 vibe a day, 3 Vibe Bet reads a day and the last 30 days of your Book. Vibemap+ lifts those limits.
What is sent to the AI, and how do I turn it off?
- Only after you allow AI on the consent screen, and only when you tap send: the story you wrote with a few short recent stories and readings (so it learns you), or for Vibe Bet the chat text and the screenshots you picked.
- It goes through our server to Claude by Anthropic and the answer comes straight back. We do not store or log it.
- To turn AI off, go to You → AI & privacy. Nothing is sent from then on, and features that need AI wait until you allow it again. Your Book stays.

I bought Vibemap+, but it is not showing
Make sure your iPhone is signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID you bought with. Then open the Vibemap+ screen in Vibemap (from the You tab or any upgrade screen) and tap Restore purchases. If it still does not unlock, email us the Apple ID e-mail address you used (never your password).
How do I cancel my subscription?
- On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name (Apple ID), then Subscriptions. Choose Vibemap+ and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also do this in the App Store: tap your profile picture, then Subscriptions.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial or the current period ends, or it renews. You keep Vibemap+ until the period ends.
- Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Only you can cancel it, because Apple handles all billing. A lifetime purchase never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
How do I get a refund?
Apple takes every payment, so only Apple can refund it. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, choose Request a refund, pick the Vibemap+ purchase and tell Apple why. Apple decides and usually replies within a few days.
How do I delete my data?
- Everything on your phone: You → Your data → Delete all data. It asks twice, then erases your vibes, Book, saved bets, what Vibemap learned and your settings. It cannot be undone. Deleting the app also removes everything.
- Only what it learned: You → Your data → Reset learning keeps your Book but lets Vibemap get to know you from scratch.
- On our server: there is nothing to delete. We do not store what you send, and usage counters expire on their own within about 36 hours.

How does the Face ID lock work?
With Vibemap+, turn on You → Preferences → Lock with Face ID. Vibemap then asks for Face ID (or your iPhone passcode) when you open it and when you come back after a short while away. Face ID is handled by iOS: the app only learns whether it was you, and nothing about your face leaves the phone. If Face ID fails, use your passcode.
Which languages does it speak?
Vibemap is in English and Thai. Write or speak in either, or mix them: the reading comes back in the language of your story. Change the app language in You → Preferences → Language.
