By downloading or using Vibemap you agree to these terms. Please read the “for fun and reflection” note and the subscription terms in particular.

01Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are between you and Coldter (“we”). Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app, and these Terms apply in addition to it. Matters between you and Apple, such as Apple’s responsibilities and your rights as an App Store customer, are governed by Apple’s terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app is for people aged 13 and over. If you are a minor where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you and must make or approve any purchase.
02For fun and self-reflection: please read
- Vibemap and Vibe Bet are for entertainment and self-reflection only.
- They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or relationship advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for a professional.
- The AI can be wrong. The emoji, the feeling line, the place on the map and every percentage are guesses made by an AI model, not facts.
- Vibe Bet guesses are not facts about other people. It cannot know what anyone really thinks, feels or intends. Do not accuse, confront, judge or make important decisions about someone because of a bet.
- If you are in crisis, or thinking about hurting yourself or someone else, get help now. In Thailand call 1323 (mental health hotline, 24 hours) or 1669 (medical emergencies). Elsewhere, call your local emergency number. Vibemap cannot help in an emergency.
03Vibe Bet is a guessing game, not gambling
Vibe Bet reads a chat you paste or up to 3 screenshots you pick and makes one call about what it might mean, with percentages. “Bet” is only a playful word for that guess. There is no money, no wagering, no stakes and no prizes, and nothing of value can be won or lost.
04Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store usage rules allow. You may not copy, modify, resell, rent or distribute the app, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, remove notices from it, or use it for anything unlawful.
05Free plan and Vibemap+
Downloading Vibemap is free. The free plan includes 1 vibe read by the AI per day, 3 Vibe Bet reads per day, and a Book that shows your last 30 days. Vibemap+ lifts those limits (subject to fair use, below) and adds extras such as the Face ID lock. The options, their prices in your local currency and any free trial are shown in the app before you confirm:
- Yearly and monthly auto-renewing subscriptions. New subscribers to the yearly plan may get a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it becomes a paid subscription at the plan price. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Lifetime: a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It does not renew.
- First-year offer: a one-time discounted price for the first year of the yearly plan, shown once. After the first year it renews at the regular yearly price unless you cancel.
- Payment: your Apple ID account is charged when you confirm the purchase (or when the trial ends).
- Auto-renewal: a subscription renews automatically at the same length and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel: in your iPhone’s Settings → your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions, or in the App Store. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Vibemap+ until the period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- Restore: use Restore purchases in the app to get back a purchase made with the same Apple ID.
- Refunds: payments and refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Price changes: if a price changes, Apple will tell you and ask for your consent where required. If you do not agree, cancel before the renewal.
- When Vibemap+ ends: the free plan’s limits apply again. Your data stays on your phone.
Fair use: Vibemap+ is for one person’s own use. To keep the service working for everyone, daily fair-use limits apply to AI reads on every plan; ordinary personal use stays well within them.
06Your content and other people’s
You keep ownership of what you write and share. You let us process it only to give you the reading you asked for (see the Privacy Policy).
- Share only chats and screenshots you have the right to share. They may contain other people’s messages, names and pictures; respect their privacy.
- Do not upload anything illegal, anything you obtained unlawfully, sexual content involving minors, or content that harasses, threatens or exposes someone.
- You are responsible for what you share and for how you use the answers.
07Acceptable use
Use the service as intended. Do not try to get around limits or access controls, extract keys, overload or scrape the service, use the AI as a general chatbot, try to trick it into ignoring its instructions, or use it to produce unlawful, harmful or abusive content.
The AI may decline to read some content. If an install keeps sending content the AI declines, AI reading is paused for that install until 00:00 UTC. We may rate-limit, refuse or block requests that break these rules.
08Your data
Your vibes, Book and bets are stored on your device. We do not have a copy, so we cannot restore them if you lose your phone, delete the app or use Delete all data.
09Ownership
The app, its design, the Vibe Map, name and logo belong to Coldter or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation.
10Third-party services
The app relies on services from Apple (App Store, In-App Purchase, speech recognition, notifications), Anthropic and Cloudflare (AI processing and our server) and Expo (app updates). Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for them.
11Changes, availability and ending
We may change, suspend or stop features (including Vibe Bet) or the app, and update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you in the app about significant changes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it. We may end your licence if you break these Terms. You can stop at any time by deleting the app (and cancelling any subscription).
12Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, the app and AI output are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted operation. Some places do not allow these exclusions, so some may not apply to you.
13Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for loss of data, or for decisions you make or actions you take based on a reading or a bet. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence) or your statutory consumer rights.
14Apple
Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, for maintenance or support, and has no warranty obligation to you for it beyond refunding the purchase price where Apple’s terms require. Apple is not responsible for claims about the app (including product liability, legal-compliance or consumer-protection claims) or for third-party intellectual property claims. You confirm that you are not in a country under a US embargo or on a US restricted-party list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you once you accept.
15Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If something goes wrong, please write to us first so we can try to fix it. Any dispute we cannot settle that way is for the courts of Thailand. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring a claim in your home country under mandatory local law.
